Processing Time
Orders containing 5 items or less will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Larger orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays by the carrier.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@groomsland.com or via our support page. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.​

Return Policy
We strive to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return new/unused items as per our return policy outlined below.

Eligibility

​Items must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and any included accessories.

Final sale items, personalized/custom items, and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible.

Items showing wear, damage from use, or washing will be declined.
Return timeframe and process

​Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return. Provide your order number, item(s) and reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to ship the item(s) back. Returns sent after that may be refused.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 14 days for processing after receipt.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If your return is approved and you paid return shipping (see below), we will reimburse shipping per the rules below.
Shipping — Domestic (U.S.)

For returns due to defects or our error, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt.
Shipping — International

For returns due to defects or our error, international customers should contact support for instructions. We cannot always provide prepaid labels for international returns. If you must pay for return shipping, retain the receipt; we will reimburse up to 50% of reasonable return shipping costs for approved defective-item returns.

For other eligible returns, international customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.

Responsibility and lost returns
The customer is responsible for the return package until it reaches us. Use a trackable method and keep your tracking number/receipt. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments unless you used a carrier-provided insurance option that you purchased.

We currently accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Contact support with your request and we’ll advise availability and next steps.
Exceptions & right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear damaged, used, or tampered with.
