Orders containing 5 items or less will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Larger orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

We offer standard shipping across the United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays by the carrier.

We proudly ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
 

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@groomsland.com or via our support page. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.​

Return Policy

At Groomsland, we strive to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with every purchase. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and accept returns for defective products only. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

Return Requests
 

To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If your return request is approved, you will have 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.

 

Eligibility for Refunds
 

Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unwashed—to qualify for a refund. Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 14 days.
 

Shipping and Handling for Returns (Domestic U.S. and International Buyers)

For Domestic U.S. Buyers:
If you receive a defective item, we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. For approved returns of defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to use when sending the item(s) back.

For International Buyers:
If you receive a defective item, we are dedicated to helping you resolve the issue. For approved returns of defective products, you will need to purchase a return shipping label yourself, as we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for international returns. However, we will reimburse up to 50% of the return shipping costs. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of cost. The refund or credit will be processed once the item(s) have been received and inspected.

Responsibility for Lost Returns

Please note that for both domestic and international returns, the responsibility for the return package lies with you until it is received by us. We cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. To ensure the safe return of your items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt and tracking number as proof of shipment.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our return criteria.
